It describes all the diseases associated with meat and dairy, and how a plant based diet can prevent them. Nutrition is so much more important than we are led to believe. It’s more than losing weight, since it impacts both our mental and physical health. And nowadays we need all the health we can take! So we hope you enjoy and learn a lot from this book.
Find the truth
Eating Animals, by Jonathan Safran Foer and talks about animal agriculture. He talks about animal breeding horror, and shares a lot of interesting facts about this industry. By interesting we mean it will definitely put any meat desires to rest. Even if you already seen enough to convince to go plant-based, it’s always good to be informed. The more informed we are the better our conversations will be, and greater the chance of getting through to people.
